This spectrometer has 1 nm resolution at 350 nm and 0.25 nm resolution at 700 nm. This version of the spectrometer is sold as an desktop unit making it suitable for science enthusiasts, advanced astrophotographers, universty teaching labs, and research measurements. It is not suitable for novices.
As sold the spectrometer is optimised for visible wavelengths and APS-C sized sensors. With other optics, gratings, and sensors, the kit can be reconfigured for other spectroscopic applications.
These spectrometer is made to order and a lead time of 4 weeks is typical. Please get in contact for up to date information.
The spectrometer comes assembled and with a stock Canon DSLR.
